Sponsorship Opportunities
What is Foundations on the Hill?
Foundations on the Hill is a two-day conference attracting approximately 350 foundation executives with strong interests in the government’s legislative agenda specifically on issues impacting philanthropy.
Rather than being a large ‘mega’ conference or convention offering many different tracks and points of emphasis, this event provides an intimate, more focused learning experience for foundation leaders with a few specific goals, such as:
-
Informing and educating Congress about foundations and philanthropy
- Increasing the visibility of foundations and philanthropy on Capitol Hill
- Advocating for legislative reforms that will help foundations
-
Encouraging Congress to view foundations as "go-to" resources and partners on key public policy issues
In short, this conference presents the prime annual opportunity for grantmakers to meet face-to-face with members of Congressional and their senior staff closely involved in the day-to-day legislative issues that have the most effect on the operation of grantmaking foundations.
