Each state has a delegation captain, responsible for coordinating his/her state's FOTH delegation. Delegation captains also take the lead in scheduling meetings with their state’s lawmakers on behalf of their FOTH delegation. In most states, staff at regional associations of grantmakers are delegation captains. Once you register, the Council, Forum, and ACR will connect you with your state’s delegation captain.
