The Wednesday, March 21 training sessions will take place at the Mayflower Renaissance hotel, which is located at 1127 Connecticut Ave NW , Washington, D.C.
The Council and the Forum have secured a contractual room block rate at the Mayflower Renaissance Hotel at $289.00 per night (plus tax). Please be sure to reference the event name "Foundations on the Hill" to receive the discounted room block rate. Please note: The cutoff date for FOTH hotel room reservations at the Mayflower Renaissance hotel is on or before Wednesday, February 29, 2012. After this date neither rooms nor rates are guaranteed and meeting participants will have to secure alternate sleeping accommodations.
Shuttle services will be available from the Mayflower Renaissance hotel to Capitol Hill on the afternoon of Wednesday, March 21 and on the morning of Thursday, March 22.

Travel By Air
Book your flights to:
Reagan National Airport (DCA) - closest to downtown Washington
Dulles International Airport (IAD) - about a $65 cab ride to downtown
Baltimore-Washington Int. Marshall Airport (BWI) - about a $60 - $70 cab ride to downtown.
Tickets may be cheaper, but airport is farthest away from DC.
Please schedule a departing flight that leaves after 5:00 pm ET on Thursday, March 22, 2012.
